Just purchased an 8 unit apartment in Canton, Ohio this past week. Looking to purchase additional multi-unit buildings and flip homes. Interested to know who else is active and what you are investing in in Canton, Ohio. What’s everyone’s thoughts on cash flowing strongly in a rough part of town versus just breaking even in a nice neighborhood?
