Most of what is being posted here is absolutely incorrect.

It has never been more than posturing on the part of a lawyer in representing a clients wishes.

And also @Paul Ritter: The following video gets interesting about 10:00 minutes into it, when a senator points- out the at 3/5 of the people on her committee have incorrect info on their credit reports! 

Here's a big issue though which I've spent weeks getting to the bottom of... most list sites have outdated/incorrect information.

Or if they are incorrect and you ended up deploying capital now against your better judgment and watched your investment loose value and only produce a 2% yield would you kick yourself?  

Make sure that this policy is written on the correct form... if it is a Homeowner's policy (HO-x) then really you have the incorrect type of coverage for an investment property.

It doesn't matter where you buy, if you buy incorrectly you will not be successful.
