Your local assessors office should have a website. if you google "(county name) assessors office" it should pop up.

You must have enough funds for the purchase and rehab between your own funds, bank loan (partner lenders listed on the website), and the forgivable loan.2.

If I decide to move to another agency that offers more training and support for a new agent, after they put in the time and effort to get me all signed up, business cards, website, various accounts, etc. 

But one of my verticals is not a lead source you can just Google, go to their website and purchase, like you can with, say Probate, Tax Delinquent, or Pre-foreclosures.

I've thought about just searching the deceased name on the county assessors website hoping to pull an address and then sending a letter to the executor.

The information is publicly available on county tax auditor websites. 

A great place to educate yourself is the SFMTA website where all the projects they are currently working on are listed.https://www.sfmta.com/projectsThe other way you could speculate is by following sheer density, such as Mission Bay or Potrero Hill where there are a lot of new developments going up - almost endlessly.

The instruction sheet will tell you which models can be interconnected, and you can often get that sheet as a PDF from the manufacturer's web site before you buy.I've also seen a suggestion to make sure that wired smoke alarms are powered from a circuit that also has a light on it that is used relatively often - like the light over the stairs, or the front porch light, or similar. 

I read some of their complaints on their Facebook page and the Better Business Bureau website and some of them were pretty bad.
