Probate process in Oklahoma
Hi everyone,
I was hoping someone could explain me the probate process in OKC. It appears properties on probate can either be sold privately or through public auction. In this case, who decides whether the sale should be conducted privately or through public auction?

We have done probate purchases in Oklahoma, the executor was the decision maker.
