New to the website and looking to learn

I am new to the Bigger Pockets website but have listened to quite a few of their podcast. Trying to listen to podcast, research websites, and read as many books that I can to expand my knowledge. I am located in the Charlotte/LKN area. My wife and I are debt free and looking to invest in properties for retirement (preferably an early retirement). We currently have one rental property that is about 5 years from being paid off.

I am currently looking at getting into lower income rentals and possibly disabled qualified rentals. The reasoning for this is that I can have multiple rented out instead of just one higher priced rental. Definitely pros and cons to each. I am open to any suggestions, recommendations, or sharing of your experiences. Just looking to learn everything I can so I can maximize my knowledge and minimize my mistakes.
