I realize that I can move my properties from S corp to LLC within triggering a sale in the eyes of the IRS.

Hi All, I was wondering if you could take look at the below and let me know if numbers make sense to pull a trigger. 

I’m still about a year away from pulling the trigger on my first house hack and have what I would call beginners knowledge.

I learned everything I could for at least a year before I was able to pull the trigger and do a flip.

Wouldn’t this trigger the deferred gains from the 1031’s? 

Should you change your intent and build a home to live in, it will not trigger any taxable gain when you move in. 

Been doing research for what seems like years and haven't pulled the trigger. 

Talking with others at meetup, getting the view and information from local realtors, and really just pulling the trigger and just go for it.
