The latter portion (document review, corporate tax return assistance and filing) seems to conflict in my mind with what you don't want, i.e. bookkeeping and misc services.Basically, you need a consultant to "one-time" review your entities and provide 'COVID-19" related advice (I'm assuming this won't go on year after year). 

It appears the Seller and Tenant are giving you conflicting stories as to whether or not rent was or was not paid during the time period the Tenant was in hospital. 

You don't feel the agents have a conflict of interest when performing this way?

I just see too much of a conflict of interest. 

Ultimately, it's their house and you could encounter a lot of conflicts when it comes to demo, stylistic choices, etc.

Job growth, retail sales and most other GDP indicators are healthy from a historic perspective and against a backdrop of conflicting tweets, news articles and headlines, it can be difficult to see that.While we have been in a long bull run, that in itself does not justify a recession.
