I think the neighborhoods close to transit will be slightly more resilient that those further away, since you will be betting on the Bay Area (and access to SF) rather than Oakland remaining hot in its own right.

If restaurants and bars stop to pop up in these neighborhoods that are popular with 20 something northsiders my bet is that these communities will benefit from a population shift of Gen Yers south and west who are intent on keeping housing costs low to stay in the City.

posted on her other morris thread.. yes another Morris nightmare and out and out fraud in my mind.. this is really a Rico act event i would be looking that way if I was a lawyer and morris has made millions he is a prime target.. not all people are worth suing but this guy from all appearances would be a good bet. there are no ethics in wholesaling .. as we know most are not licensed so its just Caveat Emptar  to the 3rd power
