Hi @Michael Baum, I have watched several PB episodes about MTR, mostly for traveling nurses and insurance displacements and I am interested in learning more but I do not have time to watch everybodys videos on how to get started.

But I'm wondering if there is a way my parents or I can claim mileage deductions on taxes for my travel related to taking care of their properties.

They are covering cost of insurance, taxes, utilities and all medical expenses which are rapidly draining their available funds.
