Looking to Connect with Real Estate Professionals in the Raleigh Triangle Region

Hey BP!

I’m KT, a disposition agent with New Western Realty, and I'm currently preparing for an exciting move to Raleigh, NC, in July 2025. I am eager to hit the ground running in the Triangle area once I move to continue my real estate journey there. In the interim, my goal is to build connections with local investors and real estate professionals who are active in the area. 

While personally I'm interested in growing my portfolio of mid-term rentals around the Raleigh Triangle market; Professionally I will be connecting with dozens of investors on a daily basis and would love to provide added value by offering access to a wide range of real estate support services. Through an established network, I hope to facilitate connections between buyers and key professionals such as lenders, tax advisors, attorneys, property managers, and contractors, ensuring a smooth and successful investment process to the best of my ability.

A bit about me if you're interested -

Originally from Cleveland, OH with an established career in Casino Marketing. In 2022 following massive industry changes, on the heels of COVID, I decided to pursue opportunities that would give me the ability to travel a bit. This decision led me to Denver, CO. After about 6mo I ended up meeting the love of my life which opened my eyes to thinking further down the road than I had been previously and although I really enjoy the Casino Marketing game, I soon realized it would not be the best path to achieving my life/financial goals for my future family. After a journey of growth and knowledge I discovered the wonderful world of real estate and it's ability to transform my future for the better. I've since come to love the community and hope to become the type of investor that uses real estate to not only improve my life, but the lives of my partners, associates, and community as a whole.
