Columbus has average rent to price ratios but comes with the growth potential that the tech developments bring (intel, amazon, google, etc).

When I got them on the call, I explained my tech support issue that has been going on for over a month, with no resolve and this was the only way I could talk to someone.  

Now many younger more tech savvy investors here may disagree but I am old which makes me old school. 

A Real Real Estate AnalogyI am starting my real estate adventure and I am trying to draw a comparison from paper assets (stocks, bonds, notes, T-bills, crypto, etc.) with real estate.For those who know a bit more than me (and i know this will vary by person) but what are corresponding "tech stocks" (AMZN, AAPL, NVDA, FB, GOOG, etc.) of real estate?

Roseville have a everything schools, hospitals, restaurants, high tech companies like Bosch, Penumbra, HP, Amazon Hub, Mckasson, Oracle (Rocklin) with three zip codes  95747, 95678 & 95661 and Rental is HOT here.

The other issue aside from the giant hassle is now that the payment is higher I'm less likely to cash flow and will be at slightly  higher risk of default.

I do not understand tech or apps but these techs are far behind :( how do I get something of actual value?

I was a little on the fence at the beginning but they have been rolling out features and with the new funding I would bet their tech map will push them over the edge.   

Also, most of the tenants are not very tech savvy.

Most of my tenants aren’t tech savvy and would find having to utilize an online platform for maintenance requests to be burdensome.
