Do you have a realtor on board yet to help you find the property you seek?

To protect your money your client had to be on board, because they can easily say "thanks Robert, but we're going to use this local agent who knows the area to help us" 

I wouldn't even touch the city unless I found friends I can trust there, and since they're on board with helping me out, I figured it's time to explore.So, what tips do you guys have to share with getting into Memphis? 

I would say your major challenge right now is being able to find someone who has enough free time during busy season to start that conversation with you and onboard you as a new client.

Or, alternatively, all the people who do in fact do Uber for >2 years apparently hate their lives so much that they don't want to buy a home, meaning I never meet them except as a passenger.

Since finding the podcast, we have done a lot of research, incorporated, gotten agents and lender on board, and we're finally starting to make some offers on properties in the Cleveland, OH area.

In general the best (most profitable) angle, although the most difficult, is to sell the totality of units as a package... which requires everyone to be on board to sell.

I used to do all day to day operation at one of my facilities and since bringing them on board, I now field about 5% of the inquiries rather than 100%.
