To the average "investor" they believe it to be materials and direct labor , they dont even consider insurances , licence fees , and all the other overhead that has to be paid .

I am in CA and its been 5+ years so my situation is likely very different but I did two thing that helped me a lot when testing for my brokers licence. 1- I paid for a practice test program with huge amounts of questions (enough that you rarely saw the same question in future tests). 2 - I made physical flash cards on every topic I got incorrect.

I'm currently living in Europe as a RE salesman.I plan to move in the US and work as a RE salesman (since this is my job here).I've already read quite lots of stuffs about the exam, the online courses etcI've just began studying a book to start getting some more informations about how RE is in the USI can start right now some online course to get graduated and be allowed to attend to the RE licence salesperson exam.

You can however try to get a second bachelor's or a Masters degree with a major in RE.I urge you to consider the time required to complete a new major with the minimum in house credits required by a school vs getting a salespersons licence, completing the required courses to be a broker while working as a RE agent.

This is exactly what he told me about his license. " it's an OSHA/MSHA licence through the federal government, so Texas won't show it, but they do recognise it, because of the higher standards required for it."
