Working visa needed to attend the real estate licence exam ?
Hi !
I'm currently living in Europe as a RE salesman.
I plan to move in the US and work as a RE salesman (since this is my job here).
I've already read quite lots of stuffs about the exam, the online courses etc
I've just began studying a book to start getting some more informations about how RE is in the US
I can start right now some online course to get graduated and be allowed to attend to the RE licence salesperson exam. I plan to attend it in San Diego since this is where I wish to move.
Now I would like to know if I have to find a RE Cie first and be sponsored by it to obtain a working visa in order to pass the exam ?
Because if so, this is not very simple to find an employer sponsoring me HOPING that I get licenced. It would be really more convenient to pass successfully the exam, get licenced AND THEN search for a Cie to hire me.
Thanks for your help !
