None of them say its going to be easy, but the fact that there are normal people here making a living in this industry and sharing their knowledge and experience with you is pretty empowering.

This knowledge has empowered me to initiate with Redfin to save some on commissions but at the same time I am just trying to crosscheck I am not doing anything rash out of over conference as I am having a hard time realizing what could go wrong vs a realtor.
