I have read the contract COUNTLESS times and I see nothing.

We talk about FHA+MFR for countless hours each year, but I can count on one hand the number of these I actually do in that same given year in SoCal / Bay Area (eg, excluding rural California).And for that handful, it's typically a slightly different formula:[ FHA + Off Market + Discounted Price + 2-4 unit = win ]Ain't nothing I can do as a mortgage guy to make FHA not FHA except give you pragmatic advice.

It opened my eyes to the countless other paths one could take to make a living in real estate.

But as you can see, it will take countless hours of research to figure out your exact method.

I have just recently created a bigger pockets account after listening to countless hours of the Bigger Pockets Podcast on my drive to work and I thought I would just take a minute to introduce myself.

I currently work full time, and after spending countless months deciding what avenue i would like to life to go i decided i would like to learn more about real estate.

That was the conversation that we had with Richard and countless others who want smaller loans; the no income verification product we offer won't work because of the loan amount.We do offer loan products that go down to 50K, but often times, the local banks and credit unions have more flexibility with income and want to grow their deposit base.  

After listening to countless podcasts and looking at what feels like a million listings on MLS, I finally became a BP member.

I see countless people shoot themselves in the foot on this and write down zero or even worse negative losses and think they can get financed.

Ok, that out of the way, my closing argument is I have done countless wholesales of more variations than I can recall and I am a-ok fine, I know many many others who are just the same and even a few who have hundreds and thousands of wholesales under their belt, all in MN, all without any problem other than the occasional person banging the "you can't do that" gong, well, their wrong.
