Still responsible for HOME INSPECTION after retracted offer ?
Good evening all !
My agent is telling me that I'm still responsible for a home inspection after I retracted my offer on a home. I was going to be using a va loan & the contract was ratified two days ago. I have read the contract COUNTLESS times and I see nothing. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

if you're not buying the house, why would you want to spend money on a home inspection?
