New to Real Estate from Philadelphia

Hi, my name is Andrew. I am originally from Bucks County, PA. I went to school in Philly and have lived in Old City fro 3 years (renting). After listening to countless podcasts and looking at what feels like a million listings on MLS, I finally became a BP member. Feel like I am about to get lost in these forums, seems like there is a ton of great information and stories.

I have had some success in the stock market looking for deep value "depressed" stocks. Think I am interested in doing the same in real estate.

I currently do not have any RE investments but I have been saving and ready to tackle my first investment property. House hacking seems like it might be the best way to get started but I love the strategy of BRRR. Any direction or tips will be greatly appreciated!
