So I was originally thinking about wholesaling to start but after listening to some podcasts it seems like that is really difficult to do since it involves much precision (one of the casts recommended it for the experts).

We started out by listening to the BP pod casts on 1 of our longest road trip together (by the way, that's one of the best way to get lots of BP pod casts done in 1 sitting!).

And I haven't regretted it for a second.The bottom line for me with regards to what you are worried about is...You are throwing a HUGE cast of doubt over investor carrot because the SEO company they use claims to have a certain certificate (that I'm sure was just bought or got through some weekend training program...like you said).  

I am so ready to do this... at least I know I have been studying and reading and listening to pod casts and going to seminars and I started the real estate course.
