My name is Shanaya Smith and I have over 3 years sales experience as a Real Estate Agent in NY. I moved to Georgia in September to further my RE career. I'm looking to purchase and rehab homes. I would love to meet other inverstors new and seasoned for advice, guidance and / or partnership on deals. I have been on BP for a few days and I LOVE IT. I feel that I have a better understanding of rehabbing homes.
