Hi Naeem if there is a MUD district then the property is typically located in a suburb of Houston, but still within Harris County; therefore the school taxes would typically appear on a separate tax bill and not the Harris County Tax Assessor bill; however if you go to HCAD's (Harris County Appraisal District) website there is a tab for resources scroll down to jurisdiction information and locate the school district's name and there is a link to the tax collector/assessor website and the name and phone of their office.

The funding fee is a bit different from active duty.Eligibility (scroll down to reservist) - https://www.benefits.va.gov/homeloans/purchaseco_eligibility.asp Funding fee (slightly different for reserves/Guard) https://www.benefits.va.gov/homeloans/documents/docs/funding_fee_table.pdfAs you can see, first time use is 2.15% for AD and 2.4% for reserve/guard.
