Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

I am a newbie in the REI industry. I'm in need of some assistance. I'm hoping to meet with a seller this weekend to discuss the price in which he would like to sell his home. I would like to bring a purchase agreement with me, but I do not have one yet. I have been reading and watching videos about the purchase agreement, but I do not know how to word good exit strategies. This would be my first one and I would like have everything run smoothly.

Would anyone be able to send me an electronic copy of their assign to contract that you have used with sellers with the plan to wholesale a house, so I can use it as a template to work from?
