Possibly if the basement is not accessible somehow from the other units, potentially you may need to create interior access between units, but theres probably access somewhere, just may nesseciate removing locked door.

What are the estimated costs for professional interior design services for short-term rentals?

Has anyone had an experiences when a tenant damage the interior  property and left, what would be the right procedure to take, or its not worth it to deal with attorney fees? 

I would never rent an Air B&B with interior cameras.
