The person is from Hong Kong and talked to their banker at HSBC, who then referred him to a banker at the HSBC USA.

I was born and raised in Hong Kong but have lived in New Jersey for over 15 years now.

I know for BC much of the run up started with the Hong Kong 1997 or 1998 conversion.However though for my experience given the tax burden the average Canadian lives pretty frugally..

I'm considering to move to Florida, Washington D.C, Texas or even other countries as Australia, Sweden, Hong Kong or Singapore and I need to know what are the things you have to look at before I move and invest in a place I don't know from a real estate investor perspective.

Though due to the new restriction in Hong Kong, many couldn't get their money out anymore.
