Investor/Landlord from Toronto, Canada

Hi All,

My wife and I started investing last year, here in Toronto, Canada (just outside of Toronto actually) with the purchase of a few rental properties.  With some hard work, planning, and despite committing to certain standards (tenant profiles, credit checks, minimum gross incomes), and some cosmetic renovations, we are now at 100% occupancy :)

I am now working on getting my agent license which if all goes as planned will be sometime this year.  We plan to keep our foot on the gas and continue 2014 doing some flips and fix/refinance/rent deals.

Looking forward to participating more in the forums and learning as much as I can. BiggerPockets is truly empowering and even though I'm in Canada, I can see I'm not strolling the virtual corridors without more than a few fellow Canucks on here :)
