Real estate is a vast industry – look around – it is everywhere – giant commercial buildings in every town – leasing – land development – tax deferred exchanges – syndication – partnerships – and much more.

We are renting it short-term in summer, as seasonal holiday rental, which works really well.

My Fiance and I have been online looking through forums and blogs, we've been to a seminar (Good info, but giant sales pitch!)

We meet the first Thursday of every month at the Giant 2nd floor.  

With the upcoming holidays around the corner, rentals will slow down so I'd like to get this rented asap.

Late January, we get it rented out again.Between the process of eviction and the slowdown due to the holidays, it seems entirely possible that we'd miss out on 3-4 months rent by going with scenario 2, not to mention the expense and hassle of the eviction itself. 

We always send tenants a birthday card and during the holidays we send tenants 2 dinner coupons and a movie ticket and with a hand written thank you card from everyone on the staff.
