Hi everyone,

I am Pauline. After buying - by chance - a 'high cash-flow' apartment as first property in Malta, my husband and I realised that Real Estate Investing could help us reach our goals: financial, geographical & time freedom.

We are already working online, allowing us to travel frequently for long periods of time. Now we are looking for the right country and area to keep investing in high cash flow properties.

We are particularly interested in areas allowing a great lifestyle (good food, spending heaps of time outside, close to the beach, quick and easy access to great cities, etc) such as California, South West of France, Barcelona, etc...

We currently own a 2 bedroom apartment (paid cash) close to the beach and the main English schools in Malta. We are renting it short-term in summer, as seasonal holiday rental, which works really well. The rest of the year, we rent it for longer periods (mostly per month) thanks to the nearby English schools.

We are currently living in Malta and spending most of our time in Malta and Europe in general.

I am looking forward to connecting with you :)

Cheers

Pauline
