Hello BiggerPockets! I'm an engineer by day, but I'd like to start building wealth & cashflow with buy and hold properties in the Columbus area. I've spent the past few months trying to understand the numbers, develop growth strategies, and learn the basics of being a successful landlord. I just got married, and would like to use the cash gifts my wife and I got to finally get my feet wet. I'm hoping to find a good network of fellow investors in the Columbus area through BP.
