Hi there!

My name is Matt Paluchniak and my wife Sam and I are currently looking for our first house. Through lots of reading and learning we have decided to try to find a multi-family/duplex to live in and rent. This seems like a great way for us to get into our first home and to get into Real Estate simultaneously. We are currently interested in beginning in Ozaukee County in SE Wisconsin, specifically the cities of Cedarburg, Grafton and Port Washington.

We welcome any advice and relationships that come with this along the way. Looking forward to getting the most we can out of the Bigger Pockets community.
