Are there any good YouTube videos for how to do this? 

I have downloaded the UBG guide from this site and have been studying youtube videos on the subject. 

And I provide a few YouTube videos to reference.

By the way, have you listened to some of the Morris Invest podcasts and videos?

That's where this gets to be an art more than a science.I heavily document things with pictures and/or video before tenant occupancy.
