Motorhome rental and STR
I have an offer on a used motorhome in good condition. The primary reason for purchase is actually I am starting a tour company later in the year.
but while it sits, I plan to list it for both stationary rental as well as to those driving to college games or other recreational use. I pretty much know the sites to list it on and plan to charge market rate.
Thoughts on this plan?
