For me to even think about the second car I want a big discount on the gamble I will be able to clear title, repair the issues to make this a car I could maybe make a buck on.

If you just look at appreciation it's not any different from gambling.

Any successful investor on here will tell you this is largely a team sport.

Word of wisdom to people out there:  When someone is trying to get your attention by "selling you the sizzle, not the steak" such as taking pictures next to their expensive sports car or has a video of some random guy sail surfing with slogans all over the page like "quit your 9 - 5", BE VERY CAUTIOUS.

If you are into peace and quiet and love hunting and shooting sports but want to stay close to a big city, there are few places better.  

Also get audio books there.Bought my last sports car way below value with the commission savings of my FSBOs last year.

I personally think anyone who doesn't put down 10% or more is gambling, but you probably think I'm an idiot, doubly so if you are still reading this...Jeez.
