June and July vacant for 2 months. they start looking in August. other tenants downstair/upstair complained loud music dancing around holiday season. the biggest headache was the bathroom. the drain backed up and my contractor found like hair ball down the drain.

I'd go over drain the pool and give them notice that  the pool needs to be removed as well as the deck, anything and everything in the back yard. they have 2 days to get it done.Who cares if they put up a stink,, they didn't ask and now have put you in a position that if someone were injured who would they go after..
