- I've heard this is a job position frequently remote, but not sure because my career belongs to a different industry. - However, I'm also graduated in Business and Administration in Europe (Bachelor equivalent here).- I've never worked as a LO, but I think I can learn the job in a reasonable time frame.- I have a good understanding of finances and nearly 7y in US. - Purchased a property, worked with realtors, lenders, etc...

It usually isn't a problem and is a part of the business no one mentions frequently....as in you general flip almost certainly needed a permit and yet most don't get them unless it is major and needs structural ect.For context some things that are common permit items many places and most people say are not...water heater replacement, facia repairs, window/door replacement, a/c unit replacement.

I was really more asking about what people do when they can't find a buyer, or how frequently this happens.If could be that you made a error with your calculations or evaluation of the area...or the buyer falls through and you have to find another, etc.
