What would be a appropriate Amount of time. When checking on your rental property for inspection  Every 2 months 4 months or 6 months for a 12 month lease?

If you screen them well, you shouldn't have very many problem tenants. I also believe in respecting their right to quiet enjoyment. I think twice a year is sufficient. My recommendation is three months after they move in and three months before their lease expires.
