Best Practices - Lease Terms - When should tenant be late?
Hello everyone,
I was curious what best practices are for the lease terms regarding when a tenant becomes late or delinquent. The California CAR form defaults to 5 calendar days after the due date.
Thanks!

Our lease states due on the first, late on the 2nd. WE allow online payments, cash, credit card, so there is no reason for any delay.
