However, only about 5 minutes from the lake and we've got the room to park a boat and a couple vehicles and still have some outdoor living area.

That is not lead generation and that is not wholesaling.If I listened to ANYONE how to wholesaling I would still be in the same boat as most of you.Do yourself a favor, stop idolizing people because they are known, and start thinking on your own!

I am in the same boat, currently have 3 properties. tweak your strategy a little, and you can grow faster, maybe leverage more / find a partner so you can start the BRRRR method sooner than later.
