hi I have a question in regards to keeping organized as,a landlord with multiple properties financially and paperwork.

I am in the process of getting my business organized.

before you get ahead of yourself you need to define what this organization doeswhat is the visionwhat is your mission statementwhy does it existchances are youll find a lot of those c level positions are worthless and unnecessary

I have one who is organizing a rather complicated LLC for one of my clients.

If someone want's to take charge and "officially" organize it there looks to be interest in attending in Lincoln.

My children are now grown and I would like to pursue my passion.

Someone who has taken risk without calculation is simply a gambler.My confidence in real estate is only built and grown on the experience I have in those calculations being successful and correct.  

I'm not that far off from where you are although I will say that thru this sight my confidence has grown exponentially.  

And DIG has subgroups as well, where meetings are held throughout the area and are either focused on a specific topic or organized geographically for a more localized flavor  There might be other "meet ups" nearby, but I suspect that you will not find those to have same depth and breadth of knowledge and experience as what you will find at DIG; I could be wrong about that of course ...  

I want to create a nonprofit organization in which I'd be purchasing vacant and condemned housing, rehabbing them,  and renting them or offering for sale or rent to own.
