Hi real estate community,

I am mom of two small kids, I have been in USA for 4 years and stay at home with a house-wife job in Virgina. After I read some books of Robert Kiyosaky and listen many bigger pockets postcast, I would like to learn to become a real estate investor. During 4 years in US we offered buy 2 single houses for rent but both unsuccessful. I am thinking should I pay for a real estate coach to help me achieve my goal. Any one go through this situation, please give me some advice. Thanks

Sophia

Keep doing what your doing. Logging onto BP for an hour a day and utliziing all the resources thie site has will go a long way. Also, find a local REIA and network other investors. Read as many RE beacuse as you can. They moe you educate yourself, the quicker your confidence will grow. I'm not that far off from where you are although I will say that thru this sight my confidence has grown exponentially. I now talk with lenders and other investors and am able to have a 2 way conversation without feeling like a fish out of water. Hopefully this will materialize into my first real investment sooner than later. Best of luck to you!!
