I really enjoyed Free to Focus by Michael Hyatt.

I I’m on the fence because I know we would enjoy the upgrades as well but if it’s money that would be better spent elsewhere then it would have to be thought about.

My thought is develop your skill, especially if it something you enjoy. 

For now we are enjoying a huge backyard as the piece of land is enclosed with our side of the duplex's yard!

But for those owners that are "off hands" and just enjoy the passive income, these calls and texts are just plain annoying.

I enjoy meeting local new people the most, because I have the greatest opportunity to add value to their investing careers.THE QUESTIONS: 1.

@Joshua Myers apparently reading comprehension is not your thing, but I'll try one more time for anyone else who might enjoy exploring new ideas as much as dopamine rage hits:I think active trading is for fools and professionals.

I'm not living off the cash flow, so real estate for me is a long game of having someone else pay my mortgages, while enjoying some appreciation over time, and is a great tax shelter.

We want to create content that people will enjoy so let me know if there's anything we can improve on.
