What to do with my primary?
I’m looking for advice on what I should do with my current house. I’ve lived in it for three years and want to refinance and use that money on a cash out to use towards starting my real estate investing.
My question is should I remodel my house before refinancing to try and get as much equity as possible or should I just save that money and just take what I can get from refinancing without doing and remodeling?
My current house is a manufactured home and still has original kitchen, bathrooms and 2 of the 3 rooms have not been touched. House was built in 1986. It is sitting on a permanent foundation.
Thanks for all advice in advance.

Thanks for the info! I I’m on the fence because I know we would enjoy the upgrades as well but if it’s money that would be better spent elsewhere then it would have to be thought about. The refinance is going to happen regardless so just need to figure out what would be the best option.
