My question is at what point do you reevaluate your search criteria or do you stick to your guns and wait for a perfect property and for how long?

I sent him the comp search and he hasn’t responded since.I’m now worried about this realtors motives and he clearly doesn’t have my best interests in mind.

i am buying from the sheriff foreclosure sale. i am doing a title search, and i see the following ; judgement obtained by chase bank on 1/26/2018, and it was later assigned from Chase to VRTG ASSET TRUST on 9/21/18.

If you get this under contract ASAP, have all of your ducks in a row for the lenders (borrower PFS', property financials, etc.) and make a lender selection quickly, I don't see why you couldn't close by the hard date.

You can start by going to www.narpm.org and search their directory of managers.

In Vegas they have employees that just search the STR websites and compare to permits.
