Hey Friends,

Bryan Moss here I have been in Lubbock, TX ( west Texas ) now for 9 months.  I am originally from Ogden, UT born and raised.  I moved to Texas to work in the oilfield and it has been great this far.  I have been married and divorced twice now and I have 2 beautiful children Brooklyn (13 years old) and Boston (10).  they live in Utah with mom so Every 3 weeks I travel to see them and family.  I work 2 weeks on 1 week off and mainly live out of hotels/ camps or couch surf with the family.  I have rented a 3 bed house in Texas and I call it my $1100 storage unit since I'm never there...

My back ground::: I have been primarily a Heavy Diesel Mechanic most of my life.  I did however venture into Real Estate in 2014 by becoming a Realtor.  June 2014 I closed 3 deals part time while working 60 hours.  Mid 2015 I quit and went full time and closed 9 deals.  2016 was my breakthrough year and I closed 24 and was on top of the world.  2017 i closed 7 and went back to being a mechanic in July to make ends meet.  I learned I am not a great business person I have the creative hustle needed to put deals together but lack the follow through to keep them coming in.  I was basically broke every 60-90 days.  I struggled handling the rich-poor-rich cycle that seemed to come in waves.

My current Real Estate needs:  Having learned all of this I am ready to switch and become an investor.  I am wanting to House Hack as it has been said.  I have been looking at multi-family and would love to connect with anyone that might be local of have some knowledge in the area.
