Property managers outrageous purchase offer

I hired a PM to find a tenant for one of my properties which has become vacant. Their agency has a lot of good online reviews and when I interviewed them, I was impressed with their professionalism. He has just now emailed me saying he has a client wanting to buy my property for 150k. I was a bit baffled because last I checked it was worth around 450k. I replied asking why he is offering 150k for a 450k property, not that I would sell for 450k either. His response was “Lol, it’s not worth 450k”. I started wondering if the Miami market had plummeted overnight and no one had told me. I looked up the comps and my evaluation is the property would sell for well over 500k. I sent him the comp search and he hasn’t responded since. I’m now worried about this realtors motives and he clearly doesn’t have my best interests in mind. Would this be enough for others to want to terminate the relationship or would you still let him manage it as a rental?

Without knowing anything about your house, I will tell you this: If I asked my PM a legitimate question and he replied with a brush off "LoL" as if I was some kind of idiot, I would fire the PM.
