All of my personal property like my home, office, horse corrals, and some other lands I purchased 25 or 30 years ago are paid off in full with no debt. 

If you have two guys doing things the same way, they might compare horses, but otherwise you can't compare to the norm or correct methods.

Just off the top of my head:- One sided reviews wherein the fairness or accuracy of the review is unmonitored; - Hefty skimming fees charged by the middle man;- Penalties to the host for denying scam stays or individuals attempting to break house rules (parties, animals, etc);- Search and listing penalties for enacting policies designed to protect/provide more security for your property (non-instant bookings, higher minimum stays, etc);- No vetting whatsoever of people who sign up to use the service, leaving the host to sort out the bums from the honest people (and take the penalty for tossing the bums aside).In my opinion AirBnb & VRBO (and Booking, to a lesser extent) have been vehicles for an arms race to the bottom.

A service animal is considered a dog or miniature horse that provides support and service to the individual. 

Only dogs and miniature horses (believe it or not) fall into this category.

It's the same with people that allegedly can't fly without their dog, alligator, ostrich, or miniature horse.

I'm 19 and avid in mtb racing and skiing.

To redo the wall with plaster is far to time consuming and costly at today's labour rates ... not to mention the difficulty in securing enough horse hair ;-)
