Also check the address online to see if anyone died in the home or if there were any police actions there.

An eviction on record is a instant deal-breaker because it means the tenant would not leave the property without being forced by a court/the police to do so.Unless you want to find yourself in hot water with a lawsuit, stick to using objective criteria and apply them equally to all prospective tenants; no exceptions!

They say that is so when emergency responders go there like the police that they will know who belongs there.

You might want to send a police for a welfare check.  

Different companies have vastly different polices when it comes to adding Additional insureds to a policy.

As far as crime here in Huntsville we don't have the issues that most towns in the South East have that is due to very low unemployment and police force that doesn't have a lot to do. 

The best designers, the best local eats, the best places to go, why people go there, pet friendly places, medical assistance, hospitals, police stations, shopping, parks, management companies, photographers, events, etc. you get the gist I’m sure there’s more.

As you know homeowners improve neighborhoods through pride of ownerships, calling Police if needed, watching the streets and calling on the Alderman when they want more services, etc.
