There are models of ductless splits capable of functioning down to -20C (-4F) ... yes their efficiency diminishes as the temperature drops, but it still beats heating with EBB alone.

This property doesn't even fit my business model.  

The main problem remains that a wheelchair can't fit in, but they might be working on a larger model.

I am planning to do a little staging this week to set up one as a model until I have the rest full.

My initial hunch based on reviews of the investigation and postings here is that they properly were not set up correctly to do what they were doing, got wind of this, fired their attorney and have decided to change their business model to still offer a good product to the market place.

If so which model?
