You've got prohibited transaction rules to navigate with regard to who is doing the work and/or getting paid by the IRA.

The more knowledge you have, the better equipped you will be to make informed decisions and navigate the market.

Not all my questions personally (the funding and the what if things go south are my biggest, mostly funding) but these are just a few of probably countless questions people will ask themselves as they try to navigate REI or any other type of venture. 

I am hesitant to look any larger because that would require commercial funding and I have not navigated that option yet, nor have any connections in the commercial market.
