Hey my name is Ishmail Ahmad I'm a brand new investor, but I'm also a subcontractor so I am very familiar with residential home structure and repair. I just separated from the United States Navy and relocated back home to the Northern Jersey area about 15-20mins. I'm currently just reading, analyzing, and listening to bigger pockets daily before I jump into the wholesaling game. Id love to connect with anyone in the Newark NJ and surrounding areas, Im introverted but love meeting new people. As far as my experience goes, I'm an independent subcontractor so I know my way around a construction site, but I have 0 experience in wholesaling which makes me a little nervous but i know it is where I want to start my real estate journey.
