Longer Stay STRs
Great news, I just confirmed my first vacation rental and they'll be staying for one month! What are the differences when dealing with longer stay STRs? For instance, do I ask this person to take out the trash on trash day? Do I leave more supplies out? Anything else I should consider?

This is no longer STR, it's a MTR/LTR
Get a lease signed. Leave this guest appropriate amount of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, things to help you keep the place clean. I would also do a mid stay clean, just a linen swap & wipe down bathrooms. That way you get eyes on the property.
